Today is the 120th Anniversary of Mr. Tesla’s Great Loss



On March 13th, 1895, Nikola Tesla’s 5th Avenue Laboratory burned to the ground in New York City destroying $50,000 (roughly 1.38 million in today’s money) worth of equipment, notes and experiments.  It truly was one of Mr. Tesla’s greatest setbacks and it was undoubtedly a profound loss for the inventor.   At a press conference, Mr. Tesla said:
